God is Still calling my Name in my present Situation!!!!

As I was doing my meditation this week God reminded me that he knows my name.  The scripture says that God knows our name and also the number of hairs on our head.  It also reminds us in John 3:16, the amazing love He has for us.

Have you ever been in a place and someone talks to you but you are not sure if they know you?  Or have you run into a person, which you do not recognize and they assure you they know you?  The first sign that they may be familiar with you, is when they call you by your name.

Often times when our days are cloudy and there is a haze over and around us, we do not clearly recognize the person until they call us by our name.  So in the natural, so in the spirit!

"Mary Magdalene went to the tomb to mourn Jesus’s death and to complete the burial process . Finding the tomb empty, she wept; and the risen Jesus came to her, asking questions that probed her heart. She failed to recognize Jesus—until He called her by name. In that moment, she was aware that Christ Himself stood before her."

Jesus is still calling us by our name.  I assure you that it will not take you long to recognize His voice and the tender loving care behind His great intentions.

Take some time today to talk to God and He will talk back to You!  Put aside some time to wait for God to respond and clearly hear His voice.

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.”

You are a Gift from God

James 1:17 - Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights

Jeremiah 1:5 - Before I started to put you together in your mother, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart as holy. I chose you to speak to the nations for Me.

This is a reminder that you are:
1.       A special gift from God
2.       Chosen by God to be here
3.       You not a mistake
4.       You are not a misfit
5.       You are loved
6.       You are needed
7.       God made you a unique personality
8.       You are a winner and an over comer
9.       You are destined to be great in the earth
10.   You are not counted out

Clear the room if you have to!

Acts 9:40 - Peter sent them all out of the room; then he got down on his knees and prayed. Turning toward the dead woman, he said, "Tabitha, get up." She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter she sat up.

Matthew 9:25 - After the crowd was put outside, however, Jesus went in and took the girl by the hand, and she stood up!

These 2 scriptures are amazing scriptures to learn from.  If you are like me, you want everyone to enjoy the experience of your miracle.  But the facts still remain that everyone does not want to see your miracle come to reality.  Everyone does not have your best intention at heart.  It is sad to say that some people in your life are there as doubters, which often times plays a major setback in your miracle/healing/deliverance.

In 2004 God allowed sickness to touch my body.  I had to come to the reality that some folks that were in the room/life wanted the end result to be death.  I too wanted it to be death because of LIFE.  But when I decided to LIVE, I had to make the choice of clearing the room.  Clearing my life of negativity and negative people.  Once the room/life was cleared I was able to see my miracle and it wasn’t that far away.

I understand that we don’t want to put people out, but look at it this way.  Sometimes you have to put them out for a season so you can gain strength and receive your miracle.  At this point they are a hindrance.

I celebrate you today as you clear the room!

A Great Point when walking with God
Communication is the Key!

Communicating with God is as important to your spiritual well-being as breathing is to your physical life. “The Lord’s Prayer” in Matthew 6.

One of the biggest problems in our relationship with God is thinking that we can depend on Him on our own terms. This independent dependence often shows up in the way we pray. While most people do pray, relatively few people pray to God on His terms. We should pray the way God wants us to pray.
Jesus gave a blueprint for prayer that remains just as relevant today as it was 2,000 years ago.
When we pray, we often concentrate on the gifts in God’s hand and ignore the hand of God Himself. We pray fervently for the new job or for the return of health. When we gain the prize, we are delighted. And then we have little more to do with God. If we are only after the gifts, God’s hand serves only as a way to pay the rent, heal the sickness, or get through the crisis. After the need has been met, the hand itself means little to us.
While God in His grace does give good gifts to His children, He offers us more than that; He offers us Himself. Those who are satisfied merely with the trinkets in the Father’s hand miss the best reward of prayer—the reward of communicating and communing with the God of the universe.

Get back to praying daily and appreciate the hand and heart of God not just what He can do for us!
Prayer works!
